High Finance Farm has developed a program specifically designed to promote age appropriate training, education, and showing opportunities for young horses. Katie Derer heads our program bringing years of experience breeding and developing horses for herself and others. Her ability to adapt to each horse's individual needs, gives them a solid foundation in beginning their career.
HANDLING
Our program emphasizes ground work and consistent handling, to ensure the strongest foundation for our young horses.
STARTING
Mental and physical growth patterns vary widely among horses, and our knowledgeable staff is able to accommodate these differences when starting them under saddle.
SHOWING
Introducing youngsters to the show ring with an educated rider is a great way to maintain positive experiences and build confidence.
